Dr.-Ing. Florenz Rogge has decades of experience in the international construction industry and renewable energy sectors and understands the challenges of complex construction projects in great detail. From planning to execution, he is familiar with the typical pitfalls and the necessary steps to meet agreed quality requirements, as well as cost and timeline constraints. His hands-on approach, combined with extensive experience in the management of mid-sized construction and consulting companies, allows him to actively support our partner companies in their further development. This includes areas such as the digitalization of business processes, coordinated material procurement, and personnel development.
Georg Dietrich, Managing Director
